Choose "Save".

In Dialog Box on top, drop the Menu down and change to "Desktop"

Next Choose "Save"

This will save the file "acrobatreader4.exe" on your Desktop.

Minimize your Browser and Double Click the Icon "acrobatreader4.exe" on your Desktop and follow the instructions.
